Very friendly, courteous, and called/arrived within the scheduled time frame. This was a very large wall-to-wall carpet extending through a great room, hallway, and study. It had large wrinkles in several places. They did an OUTSTANDING job stretching the carpet. They moved a lot of furniture to get this project done correctly. I also had the carpet cleaned, and the 10-year-old carpet, which had not been well-maintained, looks like new!
